Drama Inc. starting producing content in 2017 in partnership with Rite Media Group. ‘Color Blind’ and “Doug’ were both official selections of the 2018 Atlanta Film Festival with the former winning the Audience Award for Best Short Film. Another collaboration with Rite, ‘Ditched’ has been an official selection at 16 film festivals worldwide.

Our first solo effort at filmmaking ‘Mr. Goody’ has been an official selection at 35 festivals and has won numerous awards including Best Short Film at the Prague Independent Film Festival and a Special Jury Award at the Barcelona Film Festival. ‘Mr. Goody’ was also the recipient of the Best Comedy Short Award at the prestigious European Cinematography Awards in 2019.

Drama Inc. was also a co-producer on one of the biggest hits of the 2018/19 film festival circuit: ‘Peggy’. This short from Justin O’Neal Miller has won 11 ‘best of’ awards at over 50 festivals. ‘Peggy’ was an official selection of the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival.

In 2019 Drama Inc. Films produced the directorial debuts of two of our Owner/Founders, Claire Bronson and Catherine Dyer. In association with Debonair Films Catherine directed ‘PhotoBomb’ which has been an official selection of 10 festivals and winner of the ‘Best Director’ Award at Atlanta Women’s Comedy Film Festival. Claire Bronson’s ‘Stripped’ recently had its debut at the Summer in the South Film Festival and will make its Canadian debut at the Hamilton Film Festival.
